What does the function entail?
� Entire administrative process to support the sales & service department in Europe
� Inventory management
� Process purchase orders and sales orders
� Contacts with suppliers
� Contacts with the customer
� Register service requests
� Planning service visits with customers and service engineers
� Contract administration
� Daily handling of incoming mail
What do we expect from you?
� Command of the English language, our official language
� You are independent, service-oriented, customer-oriented and punctual
� Hands-on mentality and can think logically
� You are communicative, social and involved
� You have a strong administrative background, experience with stock/financial administration is a plus
� Experience with Sage Line 50 ERP software is a plus
� You would like to work in a flexible small-scale team
� MBO+ work and thinking level, with a completed administrative education
� Extensive experience with MS Office is a must
� An "inquisitive" approach and positive attitude
� Good organizational skills and time management
